no.  first it's not reported on your tax return.  second to be deductible the insurance has to be in your name or the name of the business you run.  third , it might not even report the premiums your husband paid.  forth its possible any insurance your husband paid was under a salary reduction program so line 1 of w-2 may have already been reduced for the premiums he paid.  the tax laws do not allow deducting an expense twice.
