Do I have to repay for Marketplace insurance? I was not told this when I signed up and now $1500 on top of what we already cant afford to pay. Do you have to repay this?

Yes. When you sign up for Marketplace health coverage, your Premium Tax Credit is based on your estimated income. If your income changes, the amount of the credit changes, too. When you forget to update your original income estimates with the Marketplace during the year, you have to pay back some or all of your credit on your tax return.
