Lost our 6419 letters - Filling Child Tax Credit page in turbo tax

We moved to a new place mid of 2021. Though we paid and requested the USPS with mail forwarding instructions, they messed it up and we never received the 6419 letters ! I was always filing jointly with my wife (did that for 2020 as well and we have one kid). All I know is I received $1800 as child credit last year (adding the amounts from account direct credits starting Jul 2021). When I log in to IRS it says to put $900 in box 1. Attaching the image. But Turbo tax asking for mine and my wife's box one.  What is the best guess. Should I be putting $900 in each of these box !

Yes, you should put $900 in your box and $900 in your wife's box for a total of $1,800 advanced child tax credit received. Your wife could also make an account with the IRS to check the total she received, but based on the total you reported you received and the amount the IRS reported to you, it's pretty safe to say that they would report $900 to her as well.
