Lists missing account numbers

Every place Turbo Tax lists Form 1099-DIV it fails to list the individual account numbers i.e. all is list is "UBS FINANCIAL SERVICES INC." multiple times. I have no idea which one to select or which one to delete.

This can happen when multiple 1099-DIV forms are imported, and the software only shows the payer name instead of the account number. 

Open each 1099-DIV entry and select Edit to review the details and identify the correct account before deciding which one to keep or delete. 

If the entries appear duplicated or unclear, you can delete them and re-enter or re-import the 1099-DIV forms to resolve the issue.
