My son is 19 and still lives at home. He is in college and works part time. Can I still claim him and he file out his own separate tax return? I also have a daughter that is 16 and worked part time. Can she go on my taxes and file her own?

Yes, both of your children can and should file their own tax returns and report their own income from their jobs. Your son must be a full-time college student in order for him to be considered your dependent. See this link, under Qualifying Child. Your daughter can be claimed as your dependent as long as she lives with you .
but note the resulting credits are different. The 16 year old would fall unde the 'child tax credit' but the 19 year old would fall under the 'credit for other depednents'
