Keep getting: Failed to install update. Microsoft Installer error 1603. Any Help?

Did the manual update and it said it was successful however, TT still wants to do an auto update and it still fails.

It would be best to try to do the manual update once more, then restart your computer.

If after doing so it is still prompting for the update, please let us know.

Your solution did not work. I finally just uninstalled the TT software then reload it. It was able to do updates after I was done.
