Is anyone else unable to continue past the disclosure form for Max benefits due to the signature does not match?

when typing first and last name in designated area, I am still receiving error message signature does not match.

Please go back to your personal information page and re-enter your name to make sure that an extra space or something has not been accidentally entered.

 

Once you have done that the two names should match and you should be able to enter the signature.

did this work because we're having similar issues last name has an apostrophe ex. D'Lisa & it's saying the name is incorrect enter the name as seen below

If you are working in TurboTax Online, you can try clearing your cache and see if that helps.

 

If it still doesn't work, you can try removing the apostrophe to see if you can access your Max benefits that way.  Please see the link below for instructions on how to access your MAX benefits.
