If you are using a Windows based personal computer and the 2019 TurboTax software, try this -
Save your tax return and close the TurboTax program
Right click on the TurboTax icon on your display
Click on Properties
Click on the Compatibility tab
Check the box Run this program as an administrator
Click on Apply and then on OK
Start the TurboTax program and see if the problem is resolved.
I did this, but it did not work. However, I noticed on the compatibility that it only showed up to Windows 8, and I am running on windows 10. I've used TT for years, and I even started over on a new computer, and it still does this. Thanks for any help!!
