why am i getting a message that the IRS is "still working" on Distributions and Investment income? It then says the area isn't quite ready yet. So I am unable to move forward to complete my return.
How does this get fixed? Very inconvenient!!

my Federal transmission failed. it said to go to the Online Menu and click for possible updates. how do i find this Online Menu?

This is a message that applies only to the CD/download software. Are you using that?
To do this on the CD/download software, look at the menu bar at the top left (Between FILE and HELP). Click on Online, then click on Check for Updates.
