re install already purchased TurboTax 2023

Intuit launched the most useless help site ever. What I wanted was the last year's TurboTax 2023 reinstall to my new computer. Website just link 2024 only. Intuit account just shows my record and money they took from me but not link either. At the help chatting, it seemed the option of "Return or install TurboTax already purchased" but when I click the link, computer idles a while and the sign said I was timed out. What is your suggestion? Just use my old computer with previous versionWindows?
