Importing 1099 from Etrade does not work

Hello,

So I have been trying between 7 and 13 times a day since the option to import from E*Trade has become available in TurboTax Online. 

Every single time I try to import from Etrade it says: 

Something unexpected happened.

Try again in a few hours. (101)

There is absolutely no technical support for TurboTax even though the price just keeps going higher and higher every year so I have been unable to actually complete my taxes.

The software developers who work on this platform should be ashamed of themselves for that error message. It could very easily tell me exactly what the problem is but it doesn't and there is no support so I can't find out.

I've contacted etrade 15 times asking them why it doesn't work and they assure me that it is a problem with something Turbotax is doing.
