If the IRS received your 2018 tax return but rejected it will I still get a stimulus check and if not how do I make sure I receive one? I have not filed for 2019

If the IRS rejected your e-filed 2018 return, then it never received it, and you won’t get a stimulus check based on the return.  Please see the TurboTax Help article "How do I fix a rejected return?" for guidance in correcting your return.

You can still file your 2019 tax return.  Stimulus check amounts are based on information from your most recent tax filings, either 2019, or 2018 if you hadn't yet filed this season.
