I'm pretty sure this is a glitch on TurboTax's side, at least that is what I was told when I spoke with someone on the help desk at TurboTax. Evidently their is a software problem and tons of people are getting the same rejection (I did too). Their only response at TurboTax was to print and mail because they don't expect to fix the glitch anytime soon.........
Great service, huh? Can't even efile with their software because it is not communicating with the IRS correctly..
