If i filed my taxes in 2020 but I never did get to actually receive them due to not being able to upload my ID so how can j get them now?

If your 2021 Federal 1040 tax return was filed and approved, collect copies of your tax filings and contact the IRS.  

Telephone coverage at 1-800-829-1040 is one option.  Or you may want to set up a meeting at your local IRS Taxpayer Assistance Center.

If your 2021 Federal 1040 tax return was not filed or was not approved, was it filed through TurboTax?  If it was filed through TurboTax, are you able to access your tax return through your TurboTax account?  What does your TurboTax account say about your 2021 tax return?

Please clarify.
