Downloading your friend's account.  Does that mean that she filed with TurboTax online, and you filed via TurboTax on the PC?

Last year (2021 taxes) [pii removed] and I submitted taxes through TurboTax.  I was able to do her taxes on my program.  It looks like that is no longer available.  However, even though we are at the same address and she is on her computer behind me, I want to use my familiar computer, keyboard, printer to do her taxes.  She is willing to set up an Intuit account and Turbo account, but have me help her insert her information.  Is that possible any longer?  I submitted her name as a referral new customer.  We are running out of time and are not the expert users (yet).  Please help!  Thanks ~[pii removed].

No.  We both filed 2021 taxes online using my computer.  Now I have finished my taxes for 2022 and want to help her do her taxes but on my machine like we did last year.

there is no download if prepared online. you sign out of your account and then she has to give you her account info to sign into hers. online  = one taxpayer per account. if you use your a/c to prepare hers your ifo for 2022 will be gone permanently
