I purchased the CD/Download Turbotax deluxe, finished federal, now the file will not save, and I can not do the state until it saves! It says "can't find the file". Help!

I am not looking for a file, trying to save it. I tried altering the name of the file, and type of files, etc. but it will not save.

Does anyone know how to access saved TT online returns that aren't finished yet? I just need to make an update and file. I'm in the correct account, I see the purchase.
