I need to activate my recently purchased 2019 home and business edition. the activation code will not work. I get the error code 630. can you help?

We should file a class action against Intuit.

I don't give a flying **bleep** about whether you give me advice over the phone or by email. All I want to do is access my old taxes. 

Oh sure you you say at the end of the program to save a PDF of my taxes, but you don't say that you're not even going to allow me to open the program at all in the future. 

Even though the IRS can look back at my taxes for 10 years, even though I can file an amended tax for 3 years, you guys don't give a crap and you just lock down the program.
