Enter the income as cash.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for reporting self-employment income - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/self-employed/help/how-do-i-report-income-from-self-employment/01/...

Thank you! I should add that I'm an Etsy seller, so would that still be considered cash?

Yes.  You can enter any self-employment income as cash.  The IRS only needs to know the amount of income you received, regardless if you received a Form 1099 or not.
