I’m an American living in the UK. I’m paying with a US debit card to complete my turbo tax charge of $39 and the payment will not processed. I’ve tried everything already

Just like the title says. I’ve changed web browsers, I’ve changed cards. Tried a VPN. It will not process.

If so, and if you have been using wireless Internet, are you able to try a direct wired Ethernet connection (while maintaining your Internet security)?

Are you able to phone TurboTax Support inexpensively from the UK?  It's an 800 number so it's free here, but I suspect it would charge you from the UK (if UK even allows 800 numbers), and you could be "on hold" a while.
