delete that 1099-INT and re-enter it manually.
I appreciate your rapid reply. I did delete it as suggested, but now mistrust the Program. Should i really need to double check every entry that supposedly is imported? Rhetorical question?
It's not a rhetorical question.
Often Import goes awry. You have to double check your data.
Always print a copy of your completed tax return for your records, and review it carefully before e-Filing.
You will need it if you are audited by the IRS, or to amend if a TurboTax update changes your return or for any other reason,
AND, to find your AGI next year.
Sigh. "Often import goes awry" isn't very encouraging about using a tax program. But of course I will check all carefully. I appreciate your replies very much.
