due to long term disability i ended up with form OMB no 1545-0008 , turbo tax says its 1099b but will not let me enter by saying i sold stock

An OMB 1545-0008 is a W-2.

Enter w-2 in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen.  Click on Jump to w-2
