I have an ITIN with middle digits 94. However, the ITIN was issued after 2013. Would this ITIN still be required to renew?

No. You are only required to renew the ITIN with those two middle digits if it was issued prior to 2013. Please see this website for additional information: ITINs to renew in 2021
