You will want to check in the Personal Info section. If either or both used TurboTax last year, whichever Login you use will determine whose name is first on the return (there is no rule for which name is first, but you want to be consistent moving forward). See the screenshot below- you can make any edits if needed. (If you are showing as Single, edit that first and it will allow you to add your new husband.

Thank you! We did this, but I still got an email from TurboTax warning me that someone else was using my information, that they were blocking that return for 48 hours, and that I should contact them immediately if I filed "using another account." I am trying to remove the block and TurboTax know that we will be using my husband's account moving forward.
