I got a text (606-82) stating that my returns had been rejected and I need to know what is going on!?!?!?

If you did not file recently then someone may have entered your number by mistake and you got their message. Log in to see your current status.

I got a text message from that same 60682 sender, but it said my Federal return had been accepted.

I’m not sure who sent this to my cell?

Here's the best way to Check Efile Status. When I've received texts from TurboTax, they always say TurboTax in them.
