I filed Federal was accepted but Maryland was rejected with a D2_R20_Sec457_NQDist_ALL error. I was instructed to refile March 10. Why did my state return get rejected?

I called customer support and they were not able to provide any more information than what was contained in the rejection email I received. I have a fairly common Maryland state return and it is hard for me to believe that Maryland is rejecting my e-filed return pending updates to Turbotax software scheduled for March 10 and Turbotax support is unaware of any problem.  I would think a lot of people would have the same problem.
