Do you have a TurboTax Online account?

We'll help you get started or pick up where you left off.

I filed an extension in July, and then last night finished it up and submitted my taxes. I received a Reject Code F2441-526. Is this only due to child care deduction?

Or is this saying my dependent was entirely claimed by another persons taxes?

This rejection code pertains to the Form 2441, Child Care Expenses. This return has been rejected by the IRS, because one or more qualifying persons identified on Form 2441 Part II, Line 2(b) have already been claimed as a qualifying person on another taxpayer's return.

You will need to contact the IRS directly and paper file your return only if you are going to still claim these expenses for this child. Otherwise your other option is to remove the Form 2441 child care expenses.
