I downloaded 2018 TurboTax fed return from My Docs. But I found the file looks incomplete, just has 8 pages. The 2017 2016 fed return files have about 110 pages. Why?

What is showing now is ONLY the returns that were filed ... after 10/15/19 the file will include all the worksheets like the prior tax years do ... 

How do I get a copy of a return AFTER I filed this year in TurboTax Online?

Before 10/15/19 .... To get whole return with all  the worksheets please log back in your TurboTax account and "add a state" to open the return back up (you are not really adding a state, just to open it back up), then select Tools and choose the print center, then select returns and choose the radio button to include all worksheets.

The new "simplified" 1040 form for 2018 is now the only 1040 form and it is 2 half pages long. The old 1040, 1040A and 1040EZ have all been replaced with the new 1040 and 6 new schedules for additional items that are transfer to the new 1040.

There might be additional worksheets that will only print for you ask for all forms and worksheets when printing.

What did you download?  The actual tax file (.tax2018) or a PDF of your income tax return?

When you go to "print" your income tax return - resulting in a PDF - you're asked how much detail you want to include.  You can go from the bare-bones - just the forms and schedules you'd actually mail to the IRS - up to a full-blown package that includes absolutely every worksheet, schedule and form that TurboTax put some information on.  The latter can run very, very long while the former, for most people, amounts to less than a dozen pages.  Perhaps that explains what you're seeing.
