At the conclusion of completing your tax filing, you get the option of choosing to efile, or to print it out and mail your tax forms in to the IRS.  You can also efile and get a paper check mailed to you without doing a direct deposit.

Yes. When you finish filling everything out and it scans your return for any errors it will ask you how you want to submit. You will have to print out the forms and mail them in.
