I did not work in 2019 and I have no W2 but I moved some money from my rollover account

If you are on the screen to enter a W-2 look for the place to check that you do not have a W-2. To enter your 1099R:

Go to Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA 401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.

I cant open a 2019 TurboTax file and it states ERROR 190 the turbo tax program directs me to their website. I signed in and then I don't see where to update to fix error
