If you want to get back into TurboTax after you've already filed your return you will have to be very careful. DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING ON YOUR RETURN. It will change what is carried to next year, and it will not maintain the original if you wish to amend your return.
Log back in your TurboTax account and "add a state" to open the return back up (you are not really adding a state, just to open it back up).
This will bring you back into your return.
TurboTax does offer a tax estimator and will help you to prepare your W-4.
Georgia will also have its own estimate forms.
Generally you are safe from penalties if you pay enough estimated taxes to cover your tax for the previous year. So you could take your Total Georgia Income Tax for 2021, divide by 4, and pay a little more than that. Remember that you will get any excess back when you file your 2022 tax return.
