I am trying to online file Federal and State return and the system keeps asking to "revisit" bank account info although everything seems to be correct

You may want to delete your bank information and reenter it to see if this clears the error.

Did you check to make sure that the type of account selection (e.g., checking or savings) matches with the type of account you entered?
