I do not have the Employer Identification Number and have not had the Employer Identification Number for the entire of my life. My income tax situation is exactly as the same as over the last 10 years, and I have never experienced this situation until this year. I can not explain this situation at all unless Turbotax has a system error this year. I believe that somebody should check the Turbotax system error.
Please review your initial questions on your business to be sure you did not answer a question incorrectly stating that your business was a single member LLC.
On the CA Business Summary, it asks you to select edit beside any business that was a single member LLC. Check to see if you did that. That would generate the LLC for your CA return.
