Your federal return will be rejected because it's already been e-filed, so you won't be able to e-file your state return with your federal.
You also won't be able to e-file the state return by itself. Because of the number of fraudulent state returns submitted in the past, filing the state return by itself is only allowed once a federal return has been accepted (using TurboTax).
Your best solution is to go back to the previous tax site you used for your federal return and file your state return through them.
Some states will allow you to file the state return through their website. I suggest you check there as well.
