How to permanently hide my refund progress banner

I am working on my 2022 taxes and would like to permanently hide the progress banner that show Federal and State Refund in progress as co-workers occasionally walk by.

No can do.

So after 20mins on the phone with TT support I was informed that unfortunately, what I think is a bug, cannot be remedied.

clicking on the adjacent "Hide" Icon ONLY hides the refund progress Banner Bar portion for 1 click, i.e. as long as you do not click out of that specific window it stays hidden BUT as soon as you click on anything and the page refreshes or goes to the next, boom, the refund Progress Bar repopulates.

Pretty stupid if you ask me, aside unwanted peeking eyes I also owe $$s and don't want to be reminded all the time !!
