I still cannot get the API key or .csv to work. I contacted the hotline as suggested and explained the situation to the rep. She wasn't aware at first, but found out it was a known issue from a supervisor. No suggested workarounds that haven't already been tried such as logging out, clearing cookies, different device, or continue waiting unfortunately. Maybe they'll get around to that Jira ticket eventually.
Here is a solution that worked for me (and probably free for most users). I used TaxBit to link Binance.US transactions (import with API and secret key)-- shockingly, in contrast to Intuit's platform, this was seamless. TaxBit then can be used to generate tax documents and/or a .csv that is preformatted for TurboTax import. Download the .csv for TurboTax and then import it-- voila!
You would think a company as big as intuit would have figured this **bleep** out by now. Its almost as if they don't give a **bleep** about their customers. This is the last year I am using turbotax.
I managed to get this to work using .csv file.
This is how the file needs to be formatted for it to work.
Column name Criteria
Asset Name BTC/ETH etc
Received Date mm/dd/yyyy
Cost Basis (USD) can have only 2 decimal places, not more
Date Sold same format as received date
Proceeds can have only 2 decimal places, not more
Amount quantity of Asset. Can have only 2 decimal places.
I finally got it to work when I tried uploading the file with my iPhone safari browser. Not sure why that worked but it didn’t on my computer.
What columns were these in the original csv file?
this worked for me, thanks for the work around
This worked! Use TaxBit. It creates a new file and even shows you all of your gains and losses on the dashboard. You can also "fail" the upload three times on TurboTax and then input the transactions manually. This is the only way that I have found it to work but it's super easy.
Any movement on this?
Is this issue fixed or is there someone who can troubleshoot this?
no this is not fixed. Literally am trying right now and it's still not working. Will be using a different tax platform next year. One thing you can do though, is import your Api's to cointracker.io. And then use cointracker with turbotax.

The solution is with TaxBit and it was free!
Credit to Nadz2008 for the answer! Upvote if this worked for you too.
TaxBit is not working smoothly for me. At first, it wanted me to upgrade to a basic plan. Then, I went back a 3rd time and suddenly I had export capability. Then, after selecting turbotax online CSV, I clicked download and got a 14 page .pdf doc filled with explanations...not happy with Binance. My Robinhood account had seamless integration.

I figured out my problem...Safari for MAC doesn't work right with TaxBit. I switched to Chrome, went smooth. Thanks to this forum, appreciate it gang...panic had set in.
