I do not have enough money in a single account to cover my taxes, but I have enough in 2 different accounts. Transferring money at this late a date is risky that it might not process in time. I know I could write a check which will provide a few more days with transportation of USPS but would prefer to make a payment electronically.
How can I file electronically and use IRS Direct Pay? Can I use IRS Direct Pay to make 2 payments? Direct Debit only allows payment from one account, I don't want to use a credit card, I'm not mailing a check (although this option makes the most sense if I am going to use IRS Direct Pay), I don't want an installment plan and I am not affeected by a Qualified Disaster.
Please help.

Select "Pay by check" when e-filing and a voucher for the full amount will be produced, which you can then ignore. After you e-file, you can use the website below to make two separate payments from two bank accounts directly to the IRS.
Yes, you can use IRS Direct Pay to make two payments.
