When trying to import from Wells Fargo please SEARCH for the bank name in the search bar. Banks can have many portals. For Wells Fargo there are 3 possible portals (Wells Fargo, Wells Fargo Advisor, etc) It is my experience that most individuals who have consolidated tax summaries, 1099-div, 1099-int, 1099-b need to import from the Wells Fargo Advisor portal.
You can try clearing the cache on your computer as follows:

Also, you can try logging in using a different browser or computer if you have one.
I just talked with a Turbo tax rep and he informed me that there is a problem somewhere in the third party not being able to transmit the proper data from Wells to Turbo tax. At the moment, there is no fix other than to enter the info manually into Turbo Tax or do it one group at a time. They supposedly know the problem exists.
Hope they fix it soon.
Check your Wells Fargo account settings, or reach out to Wells Fargo.
You may be able to enable 'third party access' from there.
Turbo tax has fixed the problem and I was able to download everything just fine. Thank you Turbo Tax.
