How do I get Form 8396 in TurboTax Deluxe Windows CD

Do I have to purchase online version when I have already paid for the CD version??  Paying twiced?

The IRS Form 8396, Mortgage Interest Credit is included in all the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions.

Click on Federal Taxes 

Click on Deductions and Credits

Click on I'll choose what I work on

Under Your Home

On Mortgage Interest Credit Certificate, click the start or update button

Or enter mcc in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen.  Click on Jump to mcc
