How can i get my employers EIN number

Your employer's EIN - Employer Identification Number, and TIN - Taxpayer Identification Number are the same thing.  If the number is not being accepted, you can contact your employer to verify the information.  If you are trying to import a W-2, you may just need to enter it manually.
