How can I convert my Turbo Tax Download to Turbo Tax Online service? I didn't realize the download is missing critical features (crypto import)

They're the same company, and I didn't even realize there was a difference.  I thought using Turbo Tax meant I could use either/or, and segregating service like this is very frustrating.  I had nearly finished my return in Download before realizing you can only do Cointracker import in Online, but I've already paid for Federal/State via Download.
