HELP. System is not taking my debit card which can cover fee. I have verified information several times. It is a Wells Fargo visa debit.

Is the billing address for the debit card the same as the Mailing Address on your tax return?  If not, change your mailing address on the tax return in the My Info section to the billing address on the debit card.  Return to the File section to complete your payment.  Then go back to My Info and change the Mailing Address back to the original address.
