Although some FAQ may not yet show the updated support hours, TurboTax Support "should" be open now 7 days a week from 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight).
So they should be open now.
Here's how to get a phone number. (When they are closed, it will say so on the second screen of the form.)

I provided contact info above, but I'll also add this, just in case this is what you are experiencing. Without much detail it's not clear what your exact issue is. Are you using the CD/download version, and is it trying to make you activate the license code each time you launch the program to open your return? If so, see if it's this:
If you have a USB drive/device plugged into a USB port at the same time you are launching TurboTax, then remove the USB drive/device. Then try launching the TurboTax program again. See if that solves the problem.
Or try it the other way around. i.e., if you had a USB device plugged in initially when you installed TurboTax originally, but don't now, then plug it back in and try.
