Got an email saying our account has been accessed & changes made. Then it doesn't show our refund amount federal & state in the menu in the top left corner???

Your refund amount may be hidden.  To unhide it select Show my refund so far in the top left corner.  Another way you can check your refund amount is the following:

1. On the left hand side of the screen select Tax Tools,
2. Select Print Center,
3. Select  Print, Save, or Preview This Year's Return to preview your entire return, including all forms,

or to view your tax summary only:

1. select Tools,
2. select View Tax Summary in the pop-up,
3. select Preview my 1040 in the left menu.
