Thank you for keeping us updated on status of fix.
On 2/9/22, I opened Turbo Tax and selected Check For Updates. It said there were updates available and I installed them. I no longer received an error message and now I am able to file my taxes. My California refund amount also increased after the update. I hope this helps.
Hey everyone - I checked on TT last night (2-9) and it looked like whatever bugs we were encountering have been resolved. I also know that my state refund had increased. I was able to file my taxes. I hope you all can do the same.
TT kept it's promise and looks like everything got updated..everything went through and e-filed. 🙂
Thank you for this information. What I am unclear about is whether this information is to be re-entered on the California return, or if it supposed to be calculating from federal. When I go to California Forms, the line is blank.
Should I be entered these combined amounts as the adjustments?
Hello,
let me start by saying I am not a tax consultant.
I have been using TurboTax, or it’s predecessor, for over 30 years.
With the fix you should not have to make any adjustments. It should be calculating correctly from your federal. It worked for me and the other users who replied to this post after the correction in February.
If you’re still unsure send a message directly to someone in Turbo Tax support.
Thank you. The confusing part is that when I look in the forms view the line is blank. So that seems concerning.
