Full Service useless

I signed up for "Full Service". Schedule the call. Filled in all the info. I just wanted another set of eyes on one issue.

 

Waited for the scheduled call time. Still waiting 120 minutes for them to call past the scheduled time.

 

This service is just terrible. No status. No updates. No calls. No way to reach anyone a TT.
