Full Service Question

I started the full service service on 3/30 but was given the earliest time of 4/3 to speak with an expert. Will the $150 rate still be honored?

If you meet the requirements to be eligible to participate in the $150 offer, it will be honored. The offer states, your documents must be uploaded by 03/31/2026, 11:59 PM, and your return must be filed by 04/07/2026.

The Customer must:

1. Not have had a TurboTax expert file taxes for their 2024 personal tax return for them.
2. Upload their 2025 personal tax documents to Expert Full Service by 3/31/2026, 11:59pm ET and finish filing by 04/07/2026, 11:59 PM ET.
