No This actually happened to me last year as well. It's the IRS and not a scam. There was a little slip (might have been green) included with a printed version of the return instructing me to sign the return and send it back to them. I called and asked and they said my return didn't have a signature. I understand this isn't supposed to happen but it absolutely did. I'm disappointed that this happened using turbo tax. Sounds like a glitch in the e-signing system or something.
