Filing w-2 and 1099 nec

For 2020 i doordashed and had a normal day job. I already efiled my w-2s taxes which are throughH&R Block but did not file my 1099 nec because i had planned on upgrading with turbo tax to do it. Should i have filed them on H&R all together? I already completed at 1040 efile form on H&R due to a filing status error so will I have to complete another one adding in my 1099? Or can I use turbo tax seperately to file my 1099?

Filing w-2 and 1099 nec

The W-2 and 1099 income all needs to be reported on 1 individual return.  Since you have already filed you'll need to amend your tax return to add in the 1099 income that wasn't originally incorporated.  You can do this through turbotax, although the amended return works off what was already filed, so it may be easier to have H&R Block involved since they filed the original 2020 return.
