Filing taxes for deceased mother in law

I need to file taxes for my in-laws (mother and father, jointly) but my mother in law just passed a couple of days ago. I have no access to her turbo tax account from her email. Should I use my email to create a new account to file their taxes? Also, will I need to sign as a tax preparer?

Sure if you can't get into her account you can start a new account.  Online is only good for 1 return per account.  But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts.   How to start another return in the Online version

The Desktop CD/Download program can do unlimited returns.

No you can't sign as the tax preparer.  Turbo Tax is only for self prepared returns.  You are helping them.

Yes you can use our email.   You can have 5 different accounts for your email address.  Do not use your account!
