Re: Filing for deceased parent

filing for my mother who died in 2023.  Want to use efile for refund due.  For the signature and date requested in efile, do I use my name or my mothers name?  I'm including a Form 1310 in the efile.  Turbotax requests drivers license # and dates of issue and expiration.  Do I use my ID or my mothers?

Re: Filing for deceased parent

In answer to your first question, use your signature.

If no personal representative has been appointed and if there is no surviving spouse, the person in charge of the decedent's property must file and sign the return as “personal representative.”"

See  HERE under Subcaption "Signature on pg, 5".

In answer to your second question, use your mother's drivers license.
